Damie Sinanan currently holds the position of Manager – Competitiveness and Export Promotion with the Caribbean Export Development Agency. His major area of focus is trade and export promotion and works very closely with the private sector in the Caribbean. He has over 15 years’ experience in the field of export promotion having previously held posts at exporTT – the official trade promotion agency of Trinidad and Tobago and the Inter-American Development Bank.

Damie holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Economics from the University of the West Indies. He is currently completing his PHD in Economics with U.W.I. St Augustine, with an emphasis on Trade.
