Collin specializes in researching and analyzing economic factors which may affect business development. By investigating a host of elements, such as assets, demographics, and market trends, he helps clients identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop tailored strengths for capturing investment opportunities and mitigating threats. He also helps corporate clients throughout their site selection and location strategy process.

Collin has conducted relocation feasibility analysis and multi-million-dollar site selection projects for corporate clients, focusing on demographic and workforce strengths to meet company needs.
